Hurting from a pesky zombie bite? What better to salve your afflicted wounds than a selection of Red, Blue, and Green herbs? Combining items in Resident Evil 2 Remake is a great way to increase their potency, so here are all of the Herb Recipes that we’ve uncovered so far.
Resident Evil 2 Remake Herbs
Throughout your nightmarish adventure you’ll come across three types of herbs:
- Green Herb:
Green Herbs are the most basic and plentiful healing items in Resident Evil 2 Remake. Their primary effect is to restore your health. - Blue Herb:
Early on in your playthrough, Blue Herbs don’t seem all that useful, but later in the game they’re used to remove the “poisoned” status from your character. When your character is poisoned their movement and shooting ability is impaired by constant and infuriating coughing - so you’ll want to get rid of it ASAP. - Red Herb:
Red Herbs are the most interesting of the three, because they can’t be used on their own, and serve to augment the effects of other herbs.
Resident Evil 2 Remake Herb Recipes
- Green Herb = Restore a slight amount of health
- Green Herb + Green Herb = Restore a moderate amount of health
- Green Herb + Green Herb + Green Herb = Fully restore your health
- Green Herb + Red Herb = Fully restore your health
- Green Herb + Green Herb + Red Herb = Full restore your health and reduce incoming damage for a short time
- Blue Herb = Remove toxins from your body
- Blue Herb + Green Herb = Remove toxins and restore a slight amount of health
- Blue Herb + Green Herb + Green Herb = Remove toxins and restore a moderate amount of health
- Blue Herb + Red Herb = Remove toxins and guard against poison
- Green Herb + Blue Herb + Red Herb = Fully restore your health, remove and guard against poison, and reduce incoming damage for a short time
